From sketch to your door

1. Design studio. Every Noordi starts as a sketch and a colour study in our studio in Kaunas.
2. Frame engineering. Frames are drawn in CAD, then aluminium tubes are cut and bent in the factory.
3. Fabrics and sewing. Fabrics are chosen and checked by hand, then sewn into hoods, carrycots and seat units.
4. Assembly. Frames, carrycots and seats are assembled in the same factory.
5. Testing. Wheels are tested for hardness and frames go through vibration testing to simulate years of real walks.
6. On its way. From Kaunas, a Noordi reaches Riga in about 228 km, Berlin in 739 km, Prague in 835 km and London in 1,635 km (straight-line distances).
