These terms apply to every purchase made on noordi.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Orders and contract
Product pages, prices and photos are an invitation to order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong; in that case we refund any payment in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the selected currency and include VAT. Delivery costs, if any, are shown in the cart before you pay. You can pay with the methods offered at checkout (bank card, Apple Pay / Google Pay, bank transfer via Paysera). Payments are processed by licensed payment providers; we do not store card details.
4. Delivery
We usually ship within 2–5 business days. The exact delivery options and times for your country are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or a person you name. Please check the parcel on delivery and tell us about visible damage within 3 days.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, email support@tututis.lt (EU) or info@buggyclinic.com (UK) with your order number. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Noordi covers the return shipping cost. We refund all payments, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back, using the same payment method. You are responsible only for loss of value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check them. Details: see our Refund and Returns Policy.
6. Warranty and complaints
Your statutory rights for goods that do not conform to the contract apply for 2 years from delivery. In addition, Noordi strollers carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship – see the Warranty page. Send complaints to support@tututis.lt with your order number and photos; we reply within 14 days.
7. Product use and safety
Use the products as described in the instruction manual. Keep the manual for future reference.
8. Personal data
We process your data to fulfil your order as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
We are liable according to applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
10. Disputes and applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. This does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory rules of their country of residence. Please contact us first so we can solve the issue. Consumers may also turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt) or their national consumer authority.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
