Refund and Returns Policy

You can return any product bought on noordi.com within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Conditions

• The product is unused and undamaged.
• It is returned in its original packaging with all parts, accessories and labels.

How to return

1. Email us with your order number and the product you want to return: support@tututis.lt (EU) or info@buggyclinic.com (UK).
2. We will reply with return instructions.
3. Pack the product securely and send it back.

Shipping costs

Noordi covers the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the product, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or damaged products

Products with a manufacturing defect are covered by our 2-year warranty. See the Warranty page.
