Every Noordi stroller is designed, engineered and hand‑assembled in our Kaunas workshop. Producing in‑house lets us control quality at every step and keep our carbon footprint low.

3.1 What is ThermoCot™?

ThermoCot™ is a proprietary carrycot shell made from expanded polypropylene (EPP) sandwiched between impact‑resistant layers. It’s 45 % lighter than traditional plastic tubs, insulates against heat and cold, and absorbs shocks to protect your baby.

3.2 Tell me more about All Road™ wheels.

Our 10″/12″ gel‑filled wheels can’t puncture and never need pumping. Deep tread and closed bearings keep dirt out, while two‑stage suspension smooths bumps for parent and passenger alike.

3.3 Why aluminium 6061?

6061 is a high‑strength alloy widely used in aerospace and performance cycling. It offers an unbeatable strength‑to‑weight ratio and natural corrosion resistance—ideal for Baltic winters.

4. Using & Caring for Your Noordi

4.1 How do I fold and unfold the chassis?

A one‑hand pull on the safety triggers lets the frame collapse to a compact self‑standing package (75 × 60 × 30 cm). A short video is available in our online user manual and via the QR code on your chassis.

4.2 How do I clean the ThermoCot™ carrycot?

Wipe the shell with a damp cloth and mild soap. All interior fabrics zip off and are machine‑washable at 30 °C.

4.3 Can I buy replacement parts?

Yes. We stock wheels, fabrics, grips and small hardware. Contact support with your stroller’s serial number.

All models meet or exceed the latest EN 1888‑2:2018 safety standard and are tested for over 150,000 push cycles and 5,000 curb drops.
