Soothing feet massage for babies

1 Gently pat foot, that's how you are creating a connection between you and your baby
2 Tickle a foot
3 Gently draw circles on foot
4 Softly push every toe
5 “Draw numbers 1, 2 and 3” on foot
6 “Delete numbers” in calm motions
7 Repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 one more time
8 Put warm sock or boot on
9 Repeat these steps for the other foot
